The ThinkSystem ST550 supports up to two NVIDIA graphics processing unit cards (GPUs) up to 250W. Processing is offloaded to the GPU to maximize computing power and performance, and the server is optimized to process large blocks of data in parallel. This high-performance parallel computing makes the ST550 ideal for virtualization, VDI and private cloud.

Flexible storage

Configuração do Lenovo ThinkSystem ST550 BayThe Lenovo AnyBay design provides a choice of drive interface type in the same bay: SAS drives, SATA drives, or PCIe U.2 NVMe drives. The freedom to configure some of the bays with PCIe SSDs and still use the remaining bays for capacity SAS drives provides the ability to upgrade to more PCIe SSDs in the future as needed.
