100% English with Windows 11

All our laptops are 100% in English and manufactured in Europe. The charger is European and the equipment may come from France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, or Spain. It does not include its commercial box, but it does include a standardized official box with its warranty label.

All equipment is shipped from Spain. Additionally, all equipment includes Windows 11 in English and a free upgrade to Windows 11.

If necessary, the keyboard is updated with a digital painting process in English or adhesive vinyls. The end result is a keyboard with all its keys in English or the keyboard required for the customer’s European country. Keyboards have an extended 5-year warranty against any wear on the keys. The option with an original Spanish keyboard may be restricted to a limited number of models.

The official invoice is sent by email; if you need any manual in English, please request it by email or phone.

Optional: We can upgrade any device to Windows 11 PRO.

What warranty does my new computer have?

You will receive an email confirming the warranty registration date of your device.

3-year warranty from the delivery date of the equipment you purchased from XenonPC

  • Manufacturer’s hardware warranty covers (1) physical damage caused by misuse or careless use by the user, such as dropping on the floor and blows in general; (2) damage caused by liquid spills inside; (3) damage caused by opening or disassembling the terminal; (4) battery damage due to improper use or power surges. Consumables such as batteries, pens, and covers have a 6-month warranty.
  • Technical support for both software and proper configuration of the phone for normal operation.
  • Important notice: Before making drastic changes to the system, please call us; we will be happy to help you solve your problem and prevent failures.
  • Please take care and protect your terminal against falls. Never let the battery drain completely to zero, try to fully charge it with the original charger.

Does the warranty cover breaks and liquid spills?

No, but you can take out our protection insurance at the time of purchase. It is a very affordable supplement. This service is managed by a German insurance company from the AXA group.

Returns: 14 days from delivery

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date to the customer, by completing the withdrawal form and complying with the conditions set out on this page:

Never send your equipment outside its box and without protective packaging.

In the case of returns for exchanges and replacements, we can collect your equipment completely free of charge.

If a part is installed by the buyer or by third parties, it will lose its warranty seals and you will not be able to claim the return of the part or the terminal.

Display, refurbished and remanufactured equipment

They will have a large discount, typically around 40% off the recommended retail price.

Repair Service

Our specialized Technical Support provides the highest quality parts and spare parts and their installation. When the repair is carried out by our technicians, the repair warranty is 3 months, and it will be extended to 6 months if it is within the first two years of your purchase at XenonPC.

Shipments to Technical Support: If you need to send us your terminal, always do so inside its original box and wrap the box with its original packaging or use bubble wrap for the best possible protection.

  • Please make a backup to avoid data loss, if you need help please contact us before sending your terminal.
  • Never send your laptop outside its box and without protective packaging.

What is the repair timeframe?

The normal repair period is 2-3 days, although some parts may take 7-14 days depending on availability. The maximum repair period once the necessary parts are gathered is 30 days. The maximum storage and custody period is 3 months. If after three months the customer does not claim their terminal, still does not send their terminal for repair, or is repeatedly absent for delivery, then the customer will lose the warranty and ownership of the equipment.

Can I order screens and loose spare parts?

Screen prices are not guaranteed until they are confirmed in your budget by email. In the following link you can see the list of screens.

You can request a budget here for the screen or spare parts, as the price may go down or up.

To avoid losing the warranty on parts and to prevent unnecessary risks, we recommend that you request our specialized Technical Support. The moment a terminal is disassembled, the warranty on the terminal and spare parts is automatically lost when their warranty seals are removed.

Screens with integrated fingerprint sensor: Once replaced, the fingerprint function will not work again. This is a security measure to prevent manipulation of your fingerprint. It only works in cases where the fingerprint sensor is outside the screen and is not tampered with.

Can I do repairs myself?

  • Never remove the screen’s warranty seals before performing the screen quality test. The moment you remove the seals, the manufacturer’s warranty is lost.

Repairs carried out by our technicians have a repair warranty of 3 months from the repair. Warranty requirements: The previous repair must match the same fault currently present.

Do we ship to the rest of Europe and to America?

Yes, we ship within Europe. For express 3-day. It will be free for shipments under 100 grams in weight. Please inquire about possible customs costs if your country is outside the European Union. These duties usually do not exceed 30£, and furthermore, you can request assistance from XenonPC to pay them.

You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer, or in installments.

For security, we never record or save your card details; your payment details are only recorded within our bank’s gateway or within your PayPal account.
