• Please make a backup copy to avoid loss of your data, if you need help please contact us before sending your terminal
• FURNITURE: Never send your furniture outside of its original box and without protective packaging.
• LAPTOP: Never send your laptop loose inside the box, fill the entire box well to prevent it from moving and the box is well reinforced.

What is the repair period?

We can repair within 48 hours once the required part is received, we have immediate availability for the vast majority of parts. Exceptionally, some pieces mayIt may take between 7-11 days depending on availability. If the motherboard is damaged, the repair period is 6 working days. The maximum term of care and custody is 3 months.
