The consumer may return products for any reason. within 14 days from the date of delivery to the customer. We do not offer refunds; instead, you will receive a credit bonus or exchange the item for another model.
1. Return Instructions: All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. with all the included accessories.
The box should be protected externally with its original protective packaging, or double bubble wrap. Painting, writing, or placing labels, stamps, or tape directly onto the original item box is not permitted. Otherwise, MaisLenovo reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Before returning the equipment, it is mandatory to restore it to factory settings.Otherwise, the return will be delayed.
- Do not send personal accessories. such as suitcases, covers, etc. The manufacturer will normally proceed with their destruction.
- Term: You must send the goods as quickly as possible, in maximum period of 14 days to communicate your desire to exercise the right.
- Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. The user is free to choose and find the shipping agency that best suits their needs.
- After receiving the merchandise and verifying that it is in perfect condition, the return will be processed. We will refund the amount received, including the delivery fee, except for any additional costs incurred due to choosing a shipping method other than the one offered by us. We will make the payment within a maximum of 14 business days from the first day you request the return. The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses.
- Return protection, Preferably use the same packaging; never leave the equipment loose inside the box. so that it doesn’t get scratched or damaged. Otherwise, Lenovo reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Returning promotional products or offers. The complete return of the item plus the offer is mandatory in order to process the return. In the case of products that include updates or applications, it is required that they have not been downloaded or installed in order to proceed with the complete return. If the application has been installed, its value will be deducted from the total.
2. Returns are not accepted for the following products., as established by Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
- Providing services such as technical support, repairs, and software updates.
The supply of spare partssuch as screens, cables, microphones, and boards needed for the repair.. If the part is not installed by our Technical Support team, meaning it is installed on a terminal by the buyer or a third party.Otherwise, it will lose its warranty seals and a return cannot be claimed.
- The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the employer cannot control and that may occur during the collection period.
- Delivery of goods carried out according to the consumer’s specifications. or clearly customized by the user, or offers requested when they require our advice or counsel.
- Delivery of goods with special offers: last units, pre-owned or refurbished items that may have cosmetic flaws as these already come with a discount for their category.
- The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly, consumables such as batteries, cases and accessories.
- The supply of sealed goods is not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and has been opened after delivery.
- The supply of goods after delivery, taking into account their nature as they may be mixed with other goods.
- The provision of computer software.
- We are not responsible for external failures not attributable to our work. For example, malware, viruses, external Android applications, or a lack of updates from the manufacturer.
- The provision of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium forfeits the right of termination.
Any negative comments on the internet, whether on a website, forums, or social media, that invalidate warranty rights will be considered an abuse of consumer rights, especially when these comments are used to claim a discount or a transaction over other customers. If the comment damages our image or the reputation of our work, we reserve the right to report it to the appropriate authorities.
